April was a quiet month on the photography front since our daughter Freya arrived. One of our first shoots we did since her arrival was of René and her precious dogs Gina and Khloé. A furmom shoot in honor of mother’s day in May as our beloved dogs are of course our children too.
René’s pups are both rescue dogs. Gina is 15 and Khloé is 8. The shoot was originally scheduled for a few weeks ahead but Gina hasn’t been feeling so well and considering her age we decided it was important to capture those truly special memories and love with their mum as soon as possible. We had gloomy weather that morning but thankfully escaped the rain and everything worked out well. The pups were both really sweet and we ended with some beautiful and fun captures and smiles I know René will always treasure. Our dogs may not be our whole lives but they sure make life whole.
We had the most amazing shoot and great experience with George and Melissa from Joao Photography. Their love and passion for animals are evident from the moment you meet them. Gina and Khloé loved them and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for capturing these precious moments.
